Immunization requirements:

Students must provide documentation of required vaccinations and upload a copy of their immunizations in MyBlue:

Students must provide proof of two rubeola measles/MMR immunizations or positive rubeola lab result

Directions for uploading Immunizations into MyBlue:

Log into myblue.rdsy.net
Select the Profile tab on the left side of page
Click the link "Immunization"
Upload your immunization information
